A Mental Strategy to Get Rid of Fat
You don’t have to be a Sigmund Freud to know wanting to get rid of fat isn’t just physical. It’s true; to get in fit and get rid of fat is in its raw form, a mental thing. We’re all looking for certain mental rewards from wanting to be in shape, like opinions from others. Most importantly, you want to be able to look in the mirror and see someone who meets your standards. There are a few ways to get rid of fat fast and accomplish these goals. The best way I’ve seen is to find a solid diet and workout plan that’s designed to starve the fat in your body and feed the muscle. It’s not necessarily about bulking up, it’s about cutting the flab. I haven’t seen a better program than Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.
Motivation is one of the key factors to get rid of fat. You can think the thoughts, talk the talk, and everything under the sun, but when it comes down to it, you’ve got to step up and get your hands on a program that people know works, then apply it to your life. This is how you’ll reap the rewards of a great diet/workout program and get rid of fat the way you should.
Perception is an issue some people run into when they try to adopt any new plan and build muscle or just get rid of fat. Some people think running for fun is crazy, but it’s one of the most pure physical activities you can carry out. We’re evolutionarily designed to have thigh muscles that will let us run – it’s the whole survival thing.
